Iodine (andie's gighouse remix 2006)

When asked to produce a video for "Iodine" we had to be aware that Satsangi
is a band who love playing live. We considered filming an actual gig, but in
the end decided to shoot live action in a controlled environment.

In our studio, we filmed each member of the band playing along to the
re-mixed, pre-recorded track, while focussing in on their playing actions.
This footage was eventually turned to black and white to contrast with the
focus of attention, which is a continuous and intimate portrait of Sujatha
Menon's vocal performance, in vibrant saturated colour.
