Design and Print: NAE Annual Report
The New Art Exchange is Nottingham's first dedicated cultural facility for Black contemporary visual arts. NAE has recently moved into its purpose-built, architect-designed building in Hyson Green, and commissioned Rare Company to design and print its first annual report. With this in mind, we decided to place the building at the centre of the concept, firmly rooting NAE's activities and achievements in the overall achievement of the last 12 months which was realising their vision of creating a permanent home for culturally diverse visual arts in Nottingham. The building's distinctive shape is outlined from a different perspective on each page, giving the reader the feeling of a 360 degree tour, and the images are laid out in a way that reflects the pattern of its windows.

Design and Print: NAE Exhibitions Brochure
Following on from the success of the annual report, Rare Company were quickly asked to design and print NAE's 2009 spring season brochure. Exhibition images are laid out against clear text and the corporate identity is strengthened and developed by the triple line running through the brochure, an extension of NAE's logo.

Design and Print: Zineb Sedira Exhibition Guide
A 6pp full colour gatefold guide to the first exhibition at NAE in 2009. The dimensions (148mm x 148mm) and format were chosen to make the guide an easily portable and readable piece of print for visitors to the exhibition.
